Please refer to the printed product descriptions when ordering. Pictures are representations of the product and may not be accurate. Packaging changes happen frequently so product appearance may vary but the printed information represents the correct quantity and container size.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days via Fedex or UPS and shipping times vary from 1-7 days depending on location. If product goes out of stock we make every effort to get your product shipped in 7 -10 days when our next Lucas order arrives. In some cases we have the product shipped from the factory if we are not receiving a shipment in a timely fashion.

To return an item you must call or email us to get your return approved. Returned items must be in saleable condition and freight prepaid and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

Damaged shipments must be reported to the freight carrier and have the tracking number available. Also, report the damage to us immediately at cs@hodgsondistributors.com with the tracking number.
